5. Automatic Termination
Any breach of these terms results in immediate and automatic termination of the license.
The user must:
Immediately cease all use
Remove and delete all instances of the Works
6. Enforcement
In case of violation, the author reserves the right to:
Take legal action
Claim damages
Enforce injunctive relief
Issue takedown notices
Pursue financial compensation
7. Right of Revocation
The author reserves the right to revoke the license at any time, without prior notice or justification.
8. Disclaimer
The Works are provided “as is”.
The author makes no warranties regarding:
Availability
Accuracy
Fitness for a particular purpose
Use is at the user’s own risk.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
Place of jurisdiction is the author’s place of residence, where legally permitted.
10. Acceptance Without Signature
By downloading or using the Works, the user automatically agrees to these legally binding terms.
No signature or separate agreement is required.
